Citadel Cloud
Block known cheaters across the entire DayZ admin network.
Citadel Cloud is an optional $9.99/month add-on on top of your Citadel subscription. Cloud customers contribute their bans to a shared pool — subscribe and your server is automatically protected against everyone else's known cheaters, without lifting a finger.
Citadel Cloud is an add-on on top of a Citadel subscription. If you don't already have one, subscribe to Citadel first — then come back here to add Cloud. Already a Citadel customer? Sign in and we'll route you straight to the add-on.
$9.99/month after trial — billed on top of your Citadel subscription. Cancel the add-on anytime; your base Citadel subscription stays unchanged.
How it works
Vouching keeps the pool clean. Three independent admins must ban a player before the rest of the network sees the ban.
Ban as you normally do
Subscribe and the Citadel app you already run starts forwarding your bans to the shared pool. You can opt out per-ban for sensitive cases.
Three vouches, then propagation
Once three different admins have independently banned a SteamID, that ban becomes active for every Citadel Cloud server in the network. New cheaters get caught the moment they show up.
Wrong? It's appealable
Banned players can file a public appeal at citadels.cc/appeal. If a moderator overturns it, the ban is removed across the network within an hour.
Switching from CFTools?
Don't start from zero. Import your existing ban list — a CFTools export, a DayZ ban.txt, or any list of SteamIDs — and every entry joins the network as your vouch. Years of bans, brought over in one paste.
Inside the Live Ops Console
A closer look at what ships in the browser console — beyond the live map and kill feed, it's an AI copilot, cheat scoring, health baselines, replay, and mobile on-call.
Live map
Player positions, vehicles, and active world events plotted in real time.
Kill feed
Every kill with weapon, distance, and hit zone — newest first.
Chat feed
Searchable in-game chat across every channel.
Server health
FPS, players, AI, entities, and vehicles with live sparklines.
Updates in near-real-time, with one-click actions built in — kick, ban, heal, message a player, broadcast to the server, or wipe AI & vehicles. No RCON required.
New — AI RCon Copilot: describe what you want in plain English (“ban everyone with a headshot ratio over 90% and 10+ kills in the last 6 hours”) and the console turns it into a reviewable plan — showing exactly which players match before you confirm. Nothing runs until you say so.
Suspicious Activity: the console continuously scores players on humanly-impossible patterns — aimbot-level accuracy, absurd headshot ratios, sustained long-range kills — and surfaces a ranked feed you can watch, dismiss, or action.
Health alerts: the console learns each server's baseline and flags trouble before it bites — “FPS 20% below its 7-day norm”, AI/entity spikes that precede a crash, or a restart loop.
Replay: scrub back through any window — time-synced positions, kills, and chat on the map. Share a link to the exact moment. Forensic gold for ban appeals.
On-call, on mobile: a home-screen-installable triage view shows what needs attention across every server — health, cheats, and the moderation queue — and push notifications ping you the moment a server crashes, a cheater is flagged, or an appeal lands — no desktop app required, triage from anywhere.
Built for trust
A community ban DB is only as good as the people running it. Citadel Cloud's trust & safety policy is published, enforced automatically, and not optional:
- Three-vouch threshold — A SteamID becomes a community ban only after three independent customers have banned them. One angry admin can't poison the pool.
- Reputation system — Customers whose submissions get overturned have their future submissions weighted lower automatically. Repeat overturns auto-restrict the account.
- Public appeals — Any banned player can file an appeal, reviewed by a human moderator. Decisions are usually within 7 days. Overturned bans are removed network-wide within an hour.
- Privacy by design — Your private ban notes never leave your account. Other admins see only the SteamID and a category (cheating / griefing / exploiting / other). No player names, no chat logs, no IPs.
- Auto-expiry — Bans drop off after 12 months without fresh submissions. Reformed players don't carry permanent baggage.
A trust network, not a walled garden
Citadel's trust data is built to be looked up and built upon — so the whole DayZ community gets safer, whether or not they run the desktop app.
Public trust lookup
Look up any player's trust score by SteamID, Citadel ID, or Discord — no account required, rate-limited, and signed so anyone can verify it came from us.
Cloud Discord bot
Install a Citadel bot in your community's Discord — /lookup, /watch, /server-trust — no desktop install needed. The new front door to the network.
Auto-evidence on every ban
Submit a ban and the cloud freezes the forensic window — recent kills, chat, positions, shots — so appeals are reviewed with full context instead of screenshots.
Federated & exportable
A published discovery doc and a partner-keyed bulk export feed let anti-cheat tools, panels, and bots integrate Citadel's trust data directly.
Enterprise & compliance
SIEM audit forwarding streams your Cloud Bans actions and your servers' auth/connection events straight to Splunk, Datadog, or any HTTPS endpoint — batched, retried, and scoped to your account. Keep your security events where your team already watches them.

Common questions
Does this replace BattlEye's built-in ban list?
No — it augments it. Citadel Cloud bans are merged into your existingban.txtfiles alongside your local bans. Your local bans always take precedence.
What happens if I cancel the Cloud add-on?
Cloud features turn off but your base Citadel subscription is untouched — the rest of the app works as before. Your local bans stay; only community-shared bans drop off. We'll show you the count you were getting protected against, in case you change your mind.
What if the player I banned is innocent?
They can appeal at citadels.cc/appeal/<steamid>. A moderator reviews within 7 days. If overturned, the ban is removed network-wide. You can also un-submit your own ban any time without penalty.
Is my server's data shared?
No. We only share SteamIDs and a category you pick (cheating / griefing / exploiting / other). Your private ban reason, mod lists, chat logs, server name, IPs — none of those ever leave your machine. See privacy policy for details.
