Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Citadel DayZ Manager ("the Service"), operated at citadels.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Description of Service

Citadel DayZ Manager provides a DayZ server management platform including real-time monitoring, player management, automated moderation, Discord bot integration, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for use by DayZ server administrators and community operators.

3. Accounts

You authenticate via Steam OpenID. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share account access or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Citadel DayZ Manager is available as a paid subscription at $14.99/month or $149.99/year, billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to facilitate cheating, exploits, or violations of Bohemia Interactive's terms
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or servers without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the API in a way that exceeds your plan's rate limits or circumvents access controls
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of your server data. We collect gameplay metrics, player data, and logs solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Server data is retained according to your plan tier and automatically purged after the retention period.

7. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Citadel DayZ Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

DayZ is a registered trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s. Citadel DayZ Manager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive. All Citadel DayZ Manager branding, code, and documentation are the property of Citadel DayZ Manager.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
